- Use of shared data for registration verification (e.g., national ID number, policy number, date of birth, phone number for OTP)
- Use of PIN code or biometric data (e.g., fingerprint) for app access
HBC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, operational practices, or improvements to the Application.

HBC Care Application is available for general audiences, including children. However, the core functionalities of the application involve access to insurance policy information and personal data. Therefore, registration and use of the application by children should be conducted under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
HBC does not knowingly collect personal data directly from children without verifiable parental consent. Where the use of the application involves a child’s personal data, such data will only be processed with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
